Builders *really* nearly finished

I’ve put up a few more photos of the renovations, including the nearly completed bathroom (the plumber comes tomorrow. woo-hoo! another working sink!) and the finished railing on the deck (I know, small things).

The builders have nearly finished…. Aside from some bits and pieces, like our vanity top, they won’t be there day to day anymore. (Yay!)

We have the most amazing piece of glass in our house…. They installed it yesterday.

It’s 10mm thick and weighs 150kg.

The 512MB of RAM arrived for the G3 laptop.

Aside from the deficiency of not being able to playback movies encoded with anything more CPU intensive than low resolution MPEG1, it’s a very nice setup. I particularly like being able to use the same OS at work and at home.
